This tutorial will describe how to unclog a head (nozzles). Usually one of the white ink nozzles will become clogged if the ink sits for too long in the nozzle(a few days or more). We have an article giving details about the nozzles if you care to be enlightened about the nozzles themselves.
Originally USSPIT suggested pushing a cleaning solvent through the nozzles, while sitting in the capping station. However, there is a potential for the cleaning solvent getting splashed on to the motherboard and damaging it. Our method uses Isopropyl Alcohol and is done with the cartridge carrier placed away from the capping station with the bed pushed inward to catch the alcohol as it is pushed through the nozzles. Download the pdf file for complete details.
